FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING APPROXIMATELY 68 ACRES OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF NEW BALTIMORE, COUNTY OF GREENE, STATE OF NEW YORK. THE NOTE HAS AN INTEREST RATE OF 0% PER ANNUM. THE TERM OF THE LOAN IS FIVE YEARS OR UPON THE SALE OR DISPOSAL OF ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE PROPERTY. AS OF JUNE 30, 2022, THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON THE LOAN IS $750,000.
